4.For all packages arriving at your local place, please check the package first to confirm whether it's damaged during the shipping process before you sign for it. Please do not sign for the item and
refuse the package directly if the item was damaged. If you find the damages caused during the shipping process after you sign for the package, you must open the dispute to your local shipping
company first. Then email us the pictures of faulty point at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. For sample or single order , Elightoo.com offers reliable shipping method and all small packages will be delivered under the mark of sample. But some packages will be opened by the custom office
of the destination country. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if the import taxes are charged.
2. For large orders, Elightoo.com can offer both of air express and ship transport. You should confirm the delivery method and shipping fee with Elightoo.com before you make the order. And customers

Return & Refund
Elightoo.com offers 90 Days Guarantee for Light exchanges or Money Back
1. If you are not completely satisfied with our LED grow light within 90 days of receiving the products, we accept 100% money back guarantee less the original shipping charges since the original shipping costs are included in the original purchase price. Customers should return the LED grow light with brand new original packaging at your own shipping fee first. All returned lights must be with all the original power cords and plug. If any part is missing or damaged, the sender will be charged additional fees for those parts.
2.LED grow light exchanges are offered within 90 days of receiving the products. Returned merchandise for exchanges must be in as-new condition with no damages, in original packaging, with all appropriate power cords and plug. And the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
3.For all the returned packages, customers must provide the valid tracking number. Elightoo.com won't take any responsibility for any missing returned shipment.
4.Elightoo.com will arrange the refund or exchanges within 3 business days upon receiving the returned item at the brand new condition.
